Description
A facility run by Offshore Power and Electric (O.P.E.), the main purpose of which is to filter active Hadronium residue from the boiling sea water. The reactor converts the active Hadronium residue into power, allowing the reactor to function as a power plant, providing electricity to much of the California Keys, including Santa Monica's Promenade. Because of this, sites like these are often contested for control - as those who control Hadronium pipelines, controls new technology.
